are you seriously drawing parallels with this case. the market cap of X64 is a tad over cash backing so unless there is some very significant undisclosed liability that X64 has been hiding for any number of audit periods, tough to see how Noumi's reporting is anywhere near worth of reference. without looking further i suspect Noumi's brand valuations were a tad suspect ...

re the report : ASIC requires publication 75 days post period end so X64 is compliant with ASIC; ASX listing rules require 2 months but as suspended that requirement is set aside. X64 will not be the latest ASX listed entity that's for sure

having said all of the above, i am looking forward to audit confirmation of cash and gold holdings.
