If you go for a mear morgage for say $700k with a $500k deposit the bank takes normally up to 14 days to process and the paperwork up to 6 weeks after they have searched etc.
Here we have something many many millions times more valuable and you want them to sign on the dotted line without getting all the facts? Ghee look around so many deals in so many companies take 6 to 12 months to get final signnatures. Yes yes we were told but JS said he hope to ssee it in the near future PG said its coming its happening and dare I say it its IMMINENT!
