how do you entice investors to put more money in? Simple, throw in freebies and make it sound/look like a good deal. You then get to trade the free oppies on the market. Essentially free cash (if u sell it)

if oppies get cancelled, boo hoo, we (management) tried. But that’s ok, cause I have already earned my fees from each capital raising. you get to hold on to worthless oppies and a company needing a follow up capital raise so they can earn another round. Rinse and repeat.
This is an unlikely scenario but for discussion sake, let’s say the share price does hit exercise price beyond 20 cents and oppies get converted. How do you think it will affect earnings per share? Ever heard of dilution?
as I said before, you need to educate yourself on the history of this company and it’s management and not just rely only on the information these guys put out.
