Sorry to have to correct you on this but the 75 day rule only applies to entities in the ASX that are either “mineral exploration or oil and gas exploitation” entities.
x64 is a production company and has to abide by the 2 months following end of period dead line.
This trading halt and voluntary suspension caper concerns me especially when you marry that with articles in the Manila Bulletin and Australian.
This company has gone through a tumultuous period and I totally understand people are getting frustrated and angry but I have a strong feeling something is not right in a big way.
Let’s all just wait for a week and see what unfolds. If the voluntary suspension continues for another week, then it will be a serious matter.
