pennyman - not sure how anything in wisdom's post could be construed as slinging mud. Far as I can tell he was just stating opinion. If Prima are in a stronger position now than they were when they negotiated the springtree deal, they are quite rightly entitled to seek out a better financial deal, a deal that benefits both shareholders and the company. Not rocket science really.
