The world is in the middle of a recession and Rudd wants to join the party. Countries are looking at how to create employment and this prime minister is looking at how to destroy them - unbelievable. Not the right time and this will join a whole list of other blunders that he has made.
EXT looks like the best in Africa and that is where the industry will now move to.
