Marc needs to increase the market cap through some type of monetary deal perhaps through ,some kind of arrangement with APAIC,do a cap raise at a much higher multiple ,$1 or greater , then the companies in a position to do a buyout with Merck .But first the market cap needs to be much greater than where it currently sits.
