Hi HC, just trying to get my head around the post raise position.
pre raise position
cash (less restricted cash) : 18.278
Debt: 35.9
net debt: 17.6m
raise 45 (20 debt / 25m equity) assuming they retire the previous facility
post raise position
debt: 20m (SOL)
cash (less restricted cash + excess proceeds from raise approximately 9.1m): 27.38m is the new cash position?
net cash: 9.7m?
With issued capital to increase by 25m?
