The appetite to fund a longer-term C&M program will be based on the current and future value of the Copper that is in the ground and by the markets belief in management to execute such a plan should they not execute a finance agreement by the 31st.
Then we move into the issue of current management's ability to execute such a plan, which should be a matter that is front of mind for the board to contemplate.
