Commissioning is not functional testing. It is a systematic process. The team are not currently trying to push through the 2000tpa output, but are testing all aspects of the process to make sure that when we do increase it to maximum output, nothing goes wrong. The ramp up will occur swiftly once commissioning is complete, we're in good hands here IMO.
