the RBA will continue to increase % rates till about july aug, which is good for banks, but when the economy weakens again, i think the RBA and FED will start to cut rates later in the year and lower % rates is bad for banks, when the RBA cuts, i think WBC will fall below $20 again, add in a drop in the DOW and we could see WBC at $18 again, that will be great buying not quite yet though.
