Forgive me if im wrong. Dont we own Philsaga Mining Corp? Seems highly unusual at least to me to remove a parent company from interfering with the operations of a subsidiary. Happy for someone to explain if I am wrong or missing something.
If we owe royalities then obviously they need to be paid etc.
