It is a binding agreement...if Piedmont dont fulfill the deal then no offtake and Atlantic then own 100% of the offtake again...Piedont have to fund the full $103 million USD...not many mine developers have that and helps me sleep soundly, Piedmont are more likey to buy the lot than not complete the deal...DYOR
