This unfortunately does not appear to be the case. I exited my entire position based largely on the apparent inconsistency in the interactive review statement from the quarterly. If it turns out we had never actually been accepted for interactive review then I would imagine a few that took part in the recent capital raising mightn't be too impressed (I certainly wouldn't be).
