In my experience capital raisings rarely occur prior to good news about to be announced, rather, they are usually opportunistic. Why would you raise capital if FDA approval was 'imminent' (to quote a common word used by management). Whilst this thread has some very competent posters I think some are running away with their enthusiasm rather than addressing some potentially serious issues raised by the previous poster. I'm staying sidelined for the present.
