You understand why he said this though?
Its been trending lower for 2 years losing around 75% of its value from peak, that is an awful lot of "trapped money" meaning any runs likly wont be sustained unless some very material news releases and there is a few very high volume days to indicate a lot of fresh holders.
Looking at only market dynamics its a perfectly reasonable thing to say, unless you believe in the company's longer term value creation. Which you probably do.
