They bought a loss making business for over $2.5 million? Wow.
In the breakup in Note 16 it is just cash negative, as well as unprofitable, over the 2 months. I note they pay an extra $350000 after 12 months if revenue exceeds $8.5 million subject to a profitablity CAP. I hope that means they pay nothing if it is not profitable.
No wonder they only talked about revenue when they bought it, rather than profitability.
