Because at 2.9% interest rates, they can deploy that capital to be value accretive for the business. PLS has a lazy balance sheet and the BOD are taking steps to rectify that, and why not, Australian and Sth Korean government backed low interest loans. How is that a bad thing? Answer: It isn't.
