they can, however purchase shares under the creep provisions which I think is 3% every six months. I also understand that they can’t buy shares on market until 6 months from the bid expiry. (I’m not 100% on the timings here, but I’m sure someone will correct me if I’m wrong).

I expect them to extend the bid again for a week or so, but will let the bid expire before the drilling gets interesting.

we will also see board changes in the next week or so. Appointment of independent director(s) will be very interesting.
