I can't see any other country other than the USA using the GLE technology, the yanks know when they are on a good thing and will be very reluctant to let it go out into the rest of the world, the security issue is too important. MG has stated that the US Government will not permit this technology outside USA. They don't need to open up other enrichment facilities around the world, they will make plenty of money performing all the work in USA and shipping it to the necessary markets and if they make money we will make money.
I can't see Australia allowing any such industry on it's shores in the the next 20-30 years, we still believe fairies live in wind farms and solar panels. I'd love to see it start up here, we should be exporting enriched uranium all around the world but we've got a long way to go to get out of this ignorant thinking, unfortunately that ship has sailed.
