Try looking at Canada #317611, which is Prairie Lithium's "patent pending" referenced in the December 2022 announcement. It is still pending, and Prairie Lithium just paid $100 in January to keep the application active. It was apparently filed in the US as early as May 7, 2020, which is later than the Conductive Energy #3070523 application of January 20, 2020. But the original filing date of 3070523 was May 10, 2018.

Prairie and AZL were telling the truth when they said in December that the patent was pending, because it had nothing to do with the one that was granted October 26, 2021. They are not telling the truth when they say their system is patented, unless they have abandoned the process "invented" by Prairie's Dr. Ian Ireland, and made a deal with Conductive Energy to use theirs instead.
