Hey man i'm not really for GLN's acquisition of MAN too but you were just going on non-stop about this. Turns out they only acquired the 1.5m shares on the 28th and signed the document on the 1st, as per the announcement, so they literally submitted the documents the same day (assuming ASX checked and posted it the following day).
You need to stop bringing up the same points whenever you have the chance because some of us agree with you (e.g. management having lame milestones or GLN acquiring MAN). The only reason why everybody has a problem with you is because you're being such a child about these things.
