If found out before no new facts. Issue, but if new facts arrived, then found out justified to include those and not release.

I think additional facts, then found out afterwards is most plausible.

We just have to wait, trying to work out is a waste as nobody knows.

What I think is maybe multiple discoveries. Maybe 2 or more cu systems.

They are not going to sit and hold results if bad as justification would not exist to go against disclosure.
