Wasn't that because China was manipulating lithium prices down and bankrupted alot of lithium companies to buy in cheap along with worsening macro? Until PLS used the online auction platform that they control that they discovered some converters were willing to pay way higher than usual.
Lynas probably had the same issue way way before. But probably have to watch USA as well as China and Europe. Each trying to sideline Aust
