Who knows, but from the outside I would imagine a small operation asap and then a staged expansion would be the best way forward. Similar to what AGY are doing (lithium).I hope they're not simply waiting around for conditions/inflation to improve. Could be a long wait if so. Cash flow is surely more important. I'd hope the uniqueness of Siviour allows for more favourable offtake terms for Renascor even in these earlier stages.
