Stop it Now.
Anyhow when companies raise at a discount,
It is generally not good for those who were already holding,
As it reduces the value of their shares.
And often it is not good for those who participated in the raise as it often falls below that price.
When a company raises at a premium,
That is more of a display of confidence....
