NOTE TO COLBY - You DO NOT have a mandate to sell Gurvantes for $25M. Your "see-through valuation" based on TMK share price is utter garbage and unacceptable to me. Any sale based on that methodology I will vote against. If you are so desperate to sell the jewel, you need to sell it based on the 2C and 2U.
