Personally I would not invest in a company with about 9 billions shares with alot more to be issued.

Regardless of whether this mob is getting into production etc - their share register is totally broken and non-conducive of making a return for shareholders except when and if they will pay a dividend.

The continued and cavalier nature of these dilution on shareholders by management is enough to turn away investors like myself

If one were to invest for dividends - there are plenty of top rate blue chip out there with good dividend yields and SYA won't even be rated for dividend returns as yet.
