So far the positive announcements have been;

-110km Strike Length

- Renewable Energy Supply (100% by 2030)

- 6 Billion tonnes >68% High Grade Concerntrate (Low impurities is the kicker here - easier processing)

- Confirming Grade to produce Direct Reduction Pellet Feed Concerntrate

- GFG Alliance MOU for Port Services (also in discussions on best ways to work together)

- Existing Rail infrastructure connected to Port close by, around 50km of Razorback

-Excellent board members

-Flow sheet confirmed to be efficient. Hatch also announcing that they are excited to be a part of MGT’s story

Announcements due;

- Optimisation study - March

- Go forward position - March

- MGTOE options expiry - May

- Half yearly report

- DFS - Q2/Q3 (timeline not confirmed)

- 3rd quarter report

- Notice for AGM

Other announcements that can happen at any time and are speculative for now;

- Interim reports "over the coming weeks" (March)

- Update to market regarding native title.

- Finance / Strategic partner or similar between optimisation study and DFS

- Binding agreements between GFG alliance and MGT (around DFS completion)

- Government approval (DFS)

- Confirmation of exact mTpa upon start up
