Seriously mate, you can't walk out into the back yard and kick over a rock to find 10 MILLION OUNCES OF GOLD! It costs money. This will be a money making business one day and the directors deserve to be rewarded for this. If your not happy with the pointy end of the stick being a regular retail holder then send in the resume and go work for an exploration company, it's not all beer and skittles. As i see it, retail investors are doing virtually zero work for the business, hence should be rewarded the least.
