If anyone of you guy were watching the screen today, you would have noticed that there is clearly a changed in sentiment all in one day. Whether it is margin calls driving down some stocks to silly prices or just plain old fear, it was a good buying opportunity. I like a lot of investors out there were looking at our portfolio and it was just burning up! Just wasn't the right reason to get more exposure although I was so tempted. Stocks like CFE were doing a 25% turnaround.

What is making matters worse is just how do you value miners. The complication of the RSPT allowance if I understand correctly means that 40% tax on the profits may actually be less. I am not an accountant so I am guessing at the mechanics of applying the net tax.
