Why am I here? Because I was thinking about buying DEG shares and looked at the posts, but changed my mind and bought another gold miner...until it goes up a bit and then I'll sell before the next downturn in the gold price.
I do post on property occasionally, but gold's an interesting subject, many people still believe it's money, many have lost fortunes on miners over the past few years as the gold price tanked and the XGD plunged.
Here's a couple of interesting ideas on gold explaining why it's a dud investment.
