Just over a month until US$15M due for repayment.
All we have heard is that they are negotiating an extension but they have also been negotiating a more permanent facility to replace the bridging finance & that has proceeded too well.
Considering KCN’s apparent inability to bring their plans to fruition my concerns about the bridging finance continue to increase.
If it were me providing the finance I would be looking to extract a sizeable penalty for extending the bridging facility.
