That means to buy the same amount as you got from the rights issue it would cost you 7.7c (7.0 + 3.5/5), so those that bought in the rights are still in the profit, even though it dipped below the profit line during the day.
I know it's not a great amount, but just wanted to point out that it's not as bad as it might look.
