It appears that the $4.00 FTS only accounted for 1/3 of the CR done by winsome in Feb, There were 30 million that were offered to institutional investors @ 2.00 (discounted) and about $10 to retail investors who already were share holders. So during the first raise from 87c to 2.20 there were no institutional investors and the stock held its ground, but during the 60 million CR where institutional investors were given a large chunk of the pie at a discount, the SP was held back ..... hmmm ... so who is the real problem .
