But that's just it. All we 'know' is the side of the story being painted by the tribes, our business partner and a bunch of people around here with a known agenda.

A couple of simple statements from the board and yeah I might be happy to wait the issue out. But we've gotten nothing - either in relation to the missing payment or the missing half-yearly.

Sorry my bad. We did get something. Having our entire company blackbanned from even entering the district our mine is in was glibly referred to as a mine operational issue. That's just treating us with contempt

Is this how they treated the "repeated demands" for payments from the tribes. I could then understand why they went straight to persona non grata after our first missed payment
