Lets say I wanted to delay the drill by 100 days, so i could take a holiday and then come back refreshed.
I would be up for standby costs of say around $50K per day.
That makes it a $5 million hit, for the 100 days.
And if I add the $5M to the budgeted cost of the programme of $80 million...
Ive just chewed up my contingency.
