Older and Wiser posts are often informative. I am not in panr but to those who are good luck. PANR intrinsic value is much higher than 88e. I prefer 88e because of the gearing and share volumes - It can make DT less stressful.
Where OW differs from Scot126 is that he provides good technical coalface information about drilling. I have found his posts quite helpful. I am no expert, but based on my research, he is firmly in my trust bucket. You, of course, are free to form your own opinions. GLTY.
oh, and FYI: The permit was applied for well before 16th Feb. 88e agreed to the timing, and an arrangement was made to store some equipment on PANR land.
