If BSX is so confidence then they already secure one of these companies. Just read the latest release, there is a change of direction to US and China this indicated the Korea and VN have stopped their communication with BSX.

Focus in Canada, because they don't have any further progress in VN last 9 months. Focus on others' investment, because they don't have a real DFS and approved refinery location for their project.
