Indeed, the notion that they can't do a raise is ridiculous, we know they're good at spinning tales so it won't be hard to come up with one for a lights on raise, just a matter of the price.
That they haven't done one yet is possibly indicative that there really is some sort of alternate financing in the works. Well that's the glass half full version at least.
