I wish I could be more useful but I am not qualified to really provide any sort of estimates or guidance as to what your questions are and not sure of the legalities of people posting such estimates in a public forum when they are not qualified. That said, there is a couple of recent brokers reports out to read with target prices of between 75 and 80 cents from Analysts. Please see the link below from the STA website. And in summary, you would expect - all other things being equal - a 50% expansion announcement - would be a positive for the share sentiment.
