Min will control the board .
There is a lot of money required to develop the field and build the processing plant .
NWE will have to raise equity to pay their share .
There will be a series of equity raises each one putting pressure on the SP and moving MIN's percentage of NWE up every time there is a shortfall .
The NWE BOD will not be looking too hard for loan funds .

I am failing to see the upside .
Revenue is a long way down the track and only after multiple credit raises .

Admire the resistance to the big corporate but I think in the end it will be futile .
I certainly hope otherwise .
