I think you missed the point.. ….
My take is that this additional small capital raise allows for IMMEDIATE application for white label atm operator status
prior to the 31 March EOFY and completion of accounts.
(ie: months away). On market purchase of shares will not
increase company equity which from my understanding was
required prior to the application.
Is this not a good thing ? Accelerate expansion into white label !
