    I think you will find that Min went back to the BOD with firm commitments from at least 40% of the top20. whom lots were also holders of Min shares. Once this happens it is very difficult to say no if 40% of your share holders say they will roll over.
    I still wish they put out some other details on why the change of acceptance.
