i read that Megachips was responsible for this beauty.

could you imagine being a giant like Intel or IBM and watching your billion dollar budget get obliterated by good old fashioned engineering talent. IBM has been at it for a decade or more? Intel? How many times have I been told that BrainChip lacks the zillion dollar budget of these behemoths, so it can't compete.

reads like they can - is that another 3 year lead? I wonder what Mike Davies says about it.

im really looking forward to the Renesas & TCS partnership. Will be interesting to see what TCS does with the expected Renesas SNN chip, if anything. We know they have plenty of applications for SNN accelerators. That's where the real competition is these days, Renesas neuromorphic vs Intel neuromorphic. Who will win there? I guess the spot for second place is available. Or does Megachips now occupy second? Confusing stuff, there are so many competitors in the neuromorphic space now. Renesas. Megachips, BrainChip... I guess Intel can have a spot when they eventually commercialise Loihi, but how does Loihi2 compete with Akida2?
