Standard behaviour. Build it bigger - it is closed so the only way out is to sell your equity on market. the funds manager has you trapped.
This money grab is going to keep hurting as it will never stop. It is slways justified on the basis of needing more funds and you only have DRP but reality should suggest that you must be recyling part of your portfolio each year. Even in rebalancing you would generate funds.
