huh? I simply pointed out that the planning for these wells was always there and it's great that they are seeking approval to drill them. But the implication in this thread again is that somehow these are new wells that have never been mention which is just not true.
In the context of slide pack, I would say that contingent means that the JV has not committed funds (at the time) but will drill them unless by some miracle LD2 and NED are complete disaster which I think is highly unlikely. I have no doubt the JV will commit funds to drill them and probably sooner than later. How NWE will fund their share will be interesting but I hope for a chance to throw a few dollars at it.
I am not trying to neutralise anything. Just stating facts and/or my opinion.
