Otto Buttula is the chairman.
It is not fully his responsibility to get off his backside. It really comes down to the people below to perform.
Otto is non-executive and has other interests outside of RHY. .It is management (inc Glenn Gilbert) and general counsel that need to step up in my opinion. They are the ones that report to the BOARD of directors for which strategy then plays a part.

Glenn's job could be on a thread.

Clearly from the result of the TGA submission, they haven't got a clue. I thought RHY was on friendly terms throughout the process, even to say "that the TGA loved COLOSTAT??????? Didn't Glenn say this?

Are you aware that that between Otto's superfund and trust he spent approximately $2.8m for all shares he acquired and sold 5m shares for $6.5m
That's what I call a smart operator.
