Cap raising now would be very pour management and timing, but i do expect one at some point over coming months.
However i believe this is BIG positive news....will be make or break come the details...cap raising might be break.
ESI is famous for end of week announcements, i believe they will release after trade on friday.
If good.....10c is not out of the question IMO
