Actually I would sell 1M shares to fund the buying of 1.3 million shares through options... Directors are supposed to scoop shares using their tails to dust-up the last of shares left behind instead of dumping an ice-bucket on retail... The yellow of insider selling on simplywallstreet will look pretty ugly to people newly looking at UNT... Screw his needing the money... If you needed the money, you shouldnt have had those shares in the first place and instead have been issued options only... Some of these rebellious directors need to have their shares escrowed for at least 5 years so they can perform and cash-out when they have dropped the last of their blood and sweat to make the company a success...

But all in all Idan isnt brushing this off and intends to face it so lets see if the confidence is coming back today... If not, we may need some bang-on good news real quick to get us to a respectable MC quick so we can attract the right attention of long holders...
